At studioHENNIS, all of our products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Products (Patterns, Templates, Files)

• After purchase, you will receive a download link via email to access your files.

• Files are usually delivered instantly. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment processing.

• Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct to avoid delays.

Courses

• Access to self-paced courses is granted immediately after purchase. You will receive login details or a confirmation email with access instructions.

Issues with Delivery

• If you do not receive your digital files, course access, or consultation confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first.

• If the issue persists, contact us at hello@studiohennis.com and we will resend the files or access details.
